Mr Agarwal is leading a $500 million Cryptocurrency Covid 19 Relief Fund and he has been involved in blockchain for more than 4 years. He is currently advising several blockchain projects. Punit has founded Zubi, an edTech startup which was awarded Student-led tech startup of the year award by Software Technology Parks of India and Govt of Odisha. Punit completed his B. Tech in Computer Science from LNMIIT Jaipur in 2020 and was part of a team of student delegates that visited Silicon Valley to understand the global start-up ecosystem and implement it in India. There were three nominations for the post of Secretary viz. Mr. Vipin Gupta, Mr. Neeraj Kapoor and Mr. Fakre Azam. The election could not take place as the meeting was held virtually. It was resolved that the election will be held from the existing nominees after the covid situation normalizes and a physical meeting is possible. In the meantime, the present Secretary Dr Dheeraj Mehrotra will continue to function as Secretary in addition to his role as Treasurer.

Lucknow Management Association convened the first virtual meeting of LMAs of the northern region on 4th December 2021. This meeting was chaired by Mr Sanjay Grover Director LMA Relations, Membership & YLC, AIMA and attended by representatives of respective LMAs. Members agreed to share and adopt Best Practices apart from sharing details of their online programs for the common cause. On an invite from HCL a delegation of 15 members from Lucknow Management Association visited their Lucknow Campus on 30th November 2021 for an exposure visit & Orientation on Skill Development Initiatives by HCL. HCL Lucknow campus is spread over 100 acres with their 6500 employees & 127 customers. Ms Kirti Karamchandani, Head- Government Relations, HCL introduced the speakers. Mr Rishi Kumar, Vice President presented HCLs growth journey during the last 5 years from its establishment. Mr Prabhat Ranjan DGM TSS conducted the Orientation on training programs. Lucknow Management Association and Big-Alfa signed a MOU on 3rd November 2021 at LMA Office with the aim to bolster operations of LMA in Uttar Pradesh. Big-Alfa shall support LMA to diversify its operations from limited districts to all 75 districts of UP. Devesh Agarwal titled "Case Studies from the Life of Chanakya" on 27th September 2021. Mr. Agarwal employed video snippets from documentaries on Kautilya to unfold the wisdom and knowledge of this ancient Indian teacher, philosopher, economist, jurist, and royal advisor. Mr. Agarwal held the attention of the student body by bringing to the fore the leadership, and management lessons given by the great strategist Kautilya in the 4th century B.C. and its relevance even today for business leaders and entrepreneurs in running their business enterprises.

LMA members responded in good numbers with their offer & innovative ideas. Third in series, a physical meeting was arranged on 25 September 2021 at LMA office inviting such members to work out and finalize an action plan for implementing projects and invigorating LMA activities. Entire LMA Core group was present during the meeting to interact with its members. Number of noble and doable ideas emerged from the meeting.

On the occasion of International Youth Day, Young Manager’s Forum (YMF) of Lucknow Management Association in association with Readers’ Oak organized an online “Campus Quiz” for UG & PG students on 12 August, 2021. LMA organized an online awards evening on 30 April 2021 on zoom platform in which Mr. N.C. Bajpai Former Vice Chairman Planning Commission Uttar Pradesh was the Chief Guest and conferred 10 LMA annual awards 2020 and 7 Women achievers awards 2021 as well. These awards were decided by the respective Jury in March 2020 itself. LMA Annual awards are normally conferred during the inaugural session of its annual convention which could not be conferred this time due to the tight schedule of the eminent speakers. Similarly women achievers awards also could not be conferred on 8 March due to pandemic conditions.
