Lucknow Management Association organized a session on “Attributes of Healthy Drinking Water & Threats of Low TDS Water" by Ms. Vandita on 01 March 2025. This session was of great importance as it will help raise awareness about the quality of drinking water, an essential aspect of our daily lives and health. Understanding the attributes of healthy water and the potential risks of low TDS will help us make more informed decisions for the well-being of ourselves and our families. Mr. A.K. Mr. Srivastava shared his extensive knowledge and experience in supply chain management, focusing on its critical role in the operations of a refinery. He discussed key concepts, best practices, and the evolving trends in the industry, providing students with valuable insights into the practical applications of their studies.

The event, filled with fun, music, food, and dancing under the open sky.
On the 8th of February, 2025, IMRT College, in association with YMF-LMA, Novelty, and AKWL, hosted a remarkable event titled "Manthan." The event was a day-long affair that brought together a diverse group of speakers and participants to delve into the relevance of education in employment and the role of parents in higher education. The first session focused on the importance of education in securing employment, with insights from distinguished speakers such as Prof. Shreesh Sarvagya, Prof. Deeksha, CMA Nancy Gupta, Prof. Arun Singh, and Prof. Naveen Samuel. The keynote addresses by Prof. Sushil Kumar and Prof. Sanjay Medhavi emphasized the need for continuous learning and integrating agribusiness management practices to achieve business sustainability. The second session tackled the pressing issue of student absenteeism and how parents can play a supportive role in higher education. Esteemed speakers including Prof. R.S. Mishra, Prof. Alka Singh, CA Devesh Agarwal, Prof. Vishal Saxena, and Satyendra Kr. Singh shared their valuable perspectives. Keynote speakers Smt. Rachna Govil and Prof. Khalid Samadi provided further depth to the discussion, offering strategies to enhance parental involvement and create a more engaging educational environment. The event concluded with a valedictory session, where Shri Alok Ranjan and Shri A.M. On 11th January 2025, Lucknow Management Association Members(LMA) had the wonderful opportunity to visit the Amul Banas Dairy Plant, where members gained an in-depth understanding of dairy production. We were guided by Mr. Venkatesh Rajan, Human Resource Manager at Amul, who took us through the entire plant. From pasteurization, freezing, and storing, to packaging and distribution, we witnessed the meticulous processes that ensure high-quality dairy products reach us. The visit also included informative presentations about Amuls rich history, the legacy of the White Revolution, and Mr. Verghese Kuriens vision of the billion-litre idea. Members learned about Amuls product lines and the diverse variants within each category.

Day 1 kicked off on a positive note with a special drone display by Milind Raj, whose innovative work continues to make India proud. On 19th July 2024, LMA organized a presentation on "Evidence-Based Case Studies on Environmental Impact of Rejuvenation of Water Bodies" by Mr. Madhukar Swayambhu. Convened by the Commissioner of Lucknow Division, officers of various concerned departments participated. Vedic Srijan, an award-winning Delhi-based startup, has pioneered a technology called Cownomics, which has gained both national and international recognition. This technology has demonstrated significant improvements in air quality, agricultural production, soil health, and groundwater levels through the rejuvenation of water bodies. A recent case study documented the improvement in the Air Quality Index (AQI) of Moradabad, showing a reduction from 350 to below 80.

On 6th July 2024, Lucknow Management Association organised a Health Talk on "Metabolic Syndrome" in which Dr. Ruchita Sharma, Senior Consultant Internal Medicine (Medanta Hospital Lucknow) was present as a speaker. Giving detailed information related to hypertension and diabetes Dr. Sharma said that instead of being afraid of diabetes, one should fight it and keep the sugar level under control by taking medicine regularly. Emphasizing the relevance of regular morning walk and yoga, he said that it is very important to keep ones lifestyle under control. A free health checkup facility was also available. A large number of people participated in this program and got health related information while clearing their health related doubts. On this occasion, an agreement was also executed between Medanta Hospital Lucknow and LMA and under which special facilities will be provided to LMA members on getting treatment at Medanta Hospital. The Government of Uttar Pradesh is actively engaged in initiatives aimed at enhancing climate resilience and bolstering the rural economy. Highlighting the theme of Rejuvenating water bodies to enable them to promote sustainable agriculture, aquaculture, animal husbandry, soil ecology and improving environment & AQI by rejuvenating water bodies through economics technology Moradabad City Shri Madhukar Swayambhu, founder of Vedic Srijan LLP, a purely Indian climate tech startup based in Ghaziabad, was invited by LMA to discuss the things in detail, through the intervention of technology invented by him, various environmental parameters of Moradabad city have been changed during 2022-23.Vedic creation gave life to many ponds which were on the verge of extinction through Cownomics technology. Cownomics technology is based on Vedic science. How can we improve the environment and AQI through Cownomics technology and increase income through lower input costs in agriculture. This project, a significant positive impact has been seen in Moradabad on ground water, soil, water quality, air quality, water and vector borne diseases as well as on the native biodiversity of the city. LMA has organized an inter-departmental detailed brainstorming session with startups and the Government of UP to explore possibilities and create a strong strategic plan for capacity building against climate change in all cities and towns of the state. Lucknow Management Association organizes a wonderful and enriching workshop titled "Improving Learning Outcomes of youth in Secondary School as per NEP 2020” on 20th April 2024. The workshop provided valuable insights and practical strategies to improve the learning outcomes of youth in secondary schools, in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Dr Rukmini Banerjee and Dr Ashok Ganguly gave quite an insight into the existing system and showed the way forward while addressing all the queries and concerns of participants. Lucknow Management Association organized visit to Pratham Multi Skill Training Center Bakshi ka Talab, Lucknow on 19 April 2024 for LMA Members. Pratham was founded in 1996, to provide pre-school education to children in Mumbai slums. Has worked with children in thousands of villages and urban slums across India. Pratham has grown to be Indias largest NGO working to provide quality education to underprivileged youth and children in over 20 states across the country, with a range of interventions. In 2005, Pratham launched its vocational skilling, entrepreneurship and livelihoods arm. The objective was to train youth from economically disadvantaged backgrounds (age 18‐25 years) and provide them with employable skills, coupled with access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. In 2020, Pratham re-designed its training models to incorporate digital resources and launched the “Hybrid Skilling” program, with the primary focus of helping youth find employment in the post- pandemic world. The program is now active across 17 states through 140+ centers, offering courses related to major employers like Healthcare, Hospitality, Electrical, Automotive, Construction, ITeS and more.
Lucknow Management Association organized a six days start-up series on Entrepreneurship and Innovation at G.C.R.G. Institute, Lucknow Incubation center from 9th to 14th April 2024 by Mr Shivendra Singh Chauhan CEO Brahmos Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The series encompassed a spectrum of topics ranging from idea validation to scaling and funding. Its overarching goal was to furnish attendees with a comprehensive and pragmatic learning experience, augmented by real-world case studies, interactive sessions, and insights gleaned from industry stalwarts. Participation of both students and faculty of G.C.R.G. Institutes throughout the duration of the series.

Young Managers Forum of Lucknow Management Association organized an interactive session on the concept of "Purple Squirrel" at the Institute of Management Research and Technology (IMRT) College on April 3, 2024. The term "Purple Squirrel" is used by employment recruiters to describe a job candidate who possesses the perfect combination of education, experience, and qualifications that precisely match a jobs requirements. The session featured CA Devesh Agarwal, a renowned Chartered Accountant and Coordinator of LMA YMF, as the keynote speaker. Col (Dr) Sameer Mishra and Utsav Srivastava, a Member of YMF, were also present at the event. Prof. (CS) Dolly, the coordinator of the session, ensured that the event was informative and engaging for the attendees, who were students and young professionals from various backgrounds. The session shed light on the importance of aligning ones skills and qualifications with the requirements of the job market, emphasizing the need for continuous learning and development to become a "Purple Squirrel" in the eyes of recruiters. The event was well-received by the attendees, who found the topic to be both enlightening and relevant to their career aspirations.
