LMA joined CSIR National Botanical Research Institute Lucknow in an online interactive session of National Floriculture Mission of NBRI on 12 December 2022 in which scientists, industry representatives, farmers and FPOs connected with LMA participated. The session deliberated among other things on the new varieties of flowers to be cultivated especially to reduce imports, scale up exports, improve quality of produce, and improve marketing besides increasing farmers income. The session was chaired by Dr. P.K. Trivedi Director NBRI and Dr. J.K. Singh Head Floriculture Mission besides Mr. A.K. Mathur Vice President LMA.
Lucknow Management Association with AWOKE India Foundation organized an outreach workshop on "Workshop for Farmer Producer Organization" in District Mirzapur on 16 January 2023. Eminent speakers were Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh Assistant Accounts Manager, AWOKE India Foundation and Mr Shivatanu. More than 42 FPOs CEOs from Mirzapur Division were present in the workshop.

Lucknow Management Association in collaboration with Medanta Hospital, Lucknow organized health talks on How to live Healthy with Diabetes and Hypertension" by Dr. Sakshi Manchanda followed by Free Health Check-up Camp on 31 March 2023. All India Management Association and Lucknow Management Association jointly organized a virtual session on One District One Product (ODOP) program a flagship initiative of the state of Uttar Pradesh and its relevance in another state on 18th March 2023 with Dr. Navneet Sehgal Additional Chief Secretary Government of Uttar Pradesh and President of Lucknow Management Association. One District One Product initiative is an endeavor to promote and pave the path of local employment. Dr. Navneet Sehgal spread this unique initiative in Uttar Pradesh. The government mission is to encourage people to focus on local arts and crafts in traditional skills, which can improve local income and increase handicrafts contribution to the state economic growth. One District One Product (ODOP) was launched in January 2018. one product is selected across each district of Uttar Pradesh by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. ODOP cell created basic schemes to address common challenges the ODOP artisans face. skill development and toolkit distribution schemes for addressing skill gaps and distributing advanced toolkits. ODOP cell is collaborating with companies/Institutions of repute like Amazon, Flipkart, NIFT, Bank of Baroda, and IIP to address these gaps. ODOP cells are dovetailing with others. GoUP & GoI to provide maximum benefit to ODOP artisans/units. Mr. A.K. Mathur Vice President welcomed & introduced the speaker and proposed a formal vote of Thanks at the end of the session.

Lucknow Management Association organized a visit for LMA members at Milind Raj’s startup “Roboz.in” on 03 March 2023. Milind Raj, also known as the "Drone Man," is a renowned innovator and robotic expert in India. He is the founder of several successful startups, including IdeaForge, which specializes in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and RoboZ.in, which focuses on developing robotics solutions. Mr. A.K. Lucknow Management Association organized a visit for LMA members at Organic Farm, Vibhu Agrotech Pvt Ltd a start-up with a 12-acre farm in village Sisendi in Mohanlalganj Distt Lucknow on 19 February 2023. Vibhu Agrotech Pvt Ltd grows and markets organic fruits and vegetables under the brand name "Orgeen" Mr. Alok Bindal is the founder and CEO of the company, Having 20 years of business experience in finance, power, telecommunications, and agriculture - he founded the company Vibhu Agrotech Pvt Ltd. Orgeen cultivates using soil-less techniques such as hydroponics, grow bags, and organic farming that are free of pesticides and herbicides. Mr. A.K. 43rd AGM of Lucknow Management Association was held on 23 January 2023 at the LMA office, and over 200 LMA members attended. The purpose of the AGM is to vote for the position of secretary, present the financial statements, and conduct other business issues as outlined in the agenda. Chanakya, a two-day high-impact management game, organized by the All India Management Association and Lucknow Management Association on 03 and 04 January 2023. Teams from different institutions and corporations participated in this management game. Team GCRG Group of Institutions from B-School and Team Tata Motors from Corporate were the Winners. Team School of Management Sciences from B-School and Team HDFC from Corporate were the Runner up. Mr. A.K. Mathur Vice President LMA awarded the trophy to the winning team, in which AIMA Administrator Mr. S.C Tyagi and Mr. Saurabh Jain played a key role. Ms. Renu Chaudhary coordinated the game.

Young Manager Forum of Lucknow Management Association in collaboration with Department of Commerce of Navyug Kanya Mahavidyalaya organised an educational, industrial trip for its students to ICAR IISR (Indian Council of agricultural research - Indian Institute of sugarcane research) on 21 December 2022. The extension and training division of the Institute deeply explained to the students the origin of the Institute, the anatomy of sugarcane, the harvesting of the sugarcane as a commercial crop, the joint as well as by-products derived from it and various stages of processing the sugar cane to obtain the final product as sugar. As a part of the learning activity, the students also visited the workshop managed by the engineering division of the Institute, where the different equipment used for cultivating and harvesting sugarcane is manufactured. Also, the process of handling, processing and making jaggery was explained to the students. The students were given a tour of the sugarcane fields situated in the Institute itself. They explained the different varieties of sugarcane grown and cultivated by the Institute.

Lucknow Management Association was joining M.P. Tourism Board and FICCI organized Madhya Pradesh Tourism Investors Meet on 16 December 2022 at Hotel Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow. The session was addressed by Shri Sheo Shekhar Shukla (IAS), Principal Secretary, Tourism & Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board, Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board (MPTB) is constituted with the objective to promote tourism in the State and enhance the tourism infrastructure through the private sector as well. The investment Promotion Division is managing land and heritage property banks and allows these properties to Investors. Way Side Amenities are also allotted to private investors in various modules. Home Stay and Water Tourism Policy is also being implemented by the Division.

Lucknow Management Association organized a visit for LMA members at Biotech Park, Lucknow on 15 December 2022. Dr. Uma Shankar Srivastava Principal Scientist, IITR, and Dr. Huma Mustafa was leading the visit. Biotech Park has Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) recognition and is registered under the National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), New Delhi which accords approval for exemption of Service Tax to the Park and its incubates. The technology know-how and laboratory facilities in the area of modern biotechnology of neighboring centers of knowledge creation such as CSIR and ICAR laboratories, IIT Kanpur, UPCST, universities and medical institutions are also available to the entrepreneurs. Lucknow Management Association organized a visit for LMA members at Organic India, Lucknow on 09 December 2022. The visit is led by Mr. Amit Rajendra Langde Factory Manager. ORGANIC INDIA was formed in 1990 by a couple Bharat Mitra and Bhavani Lev of people from around the world who met in Lucknow, a town in northern India. They had traveled to meet H.W.L. Poonja, the spiritual teacher fondly known as "Papaji." and then organic India started from here in 1997. Singh Babu Stadium, Lucknow. 65 participants participated in the event. The conclave was organized by Awoke India Foundation in association with Lucknow Management Association- an investor association focussing on working towards Financial Awareness, Literacy, and Inclusion in the country. Brijesh Pathak, Deputy Chief Minister of UP, was the chief guest at the event and inaugurated the conclave. Lucknow Management Association organized a visit for LMA members at CSIR-CIMAP, Lucknow on 21 November 2022. The visit is led by Dr. Sanjay Kumar Senior Principal Scientist. Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, popularly known as CIMAP, is a frontier plant research laboratory of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). Established originally as Central Indian Medicinal Plants Organisation (CIMPO) in 1959, the President of CSIR is the Priminister of India and Director General of CIMAP is Dr. N Kalaiselvi, the Director of CIMAP is Dr. Prabodh Kumar Trivedi. Members have visited the Distillation unit, experimental and Research institute, and Incubation center. Members also kept interested and got information about different types of plants and bought herbal products from CIMAP. The main mission of CIMAP is to empower Indian Farmers and Aroma industries through the cultivation, Processing, value addition, and marketing of aromatic crops. CIMAP is steering multidisciplinary high-quality research in biological and chemical sciences and extending technologies and services to the farmers and entrepreneurs of medicinal and aromatic plants (MAPs) with its research headquarters at Lucknow and Research Centres at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pantnagar, and Purana CIMAP Research Centres are aptly situated in different agro-climatic zones of the country to facilitate multi-location field trials and research.

It is celebrated in 80 countries. LMA in collaboration with GUIDE, a nonprofit in the field of social service and Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University organized an event celebrating the International Mens Day 2022 on 19 November. Five distinguished senior citizens from different fields were honoured with Golden Age Award for their contribution to Society. Three faculties were extraordinary in their discourse,discussion and the way the way of expression imparted comprehensive knowledge for betterment of old age. 62 plus couples enjoyed this session and demanded more sessions.

Lucknow Management Association in collaboration with University of Lucknow organized a study visit of members to the Happy Thinking Lab located in the ONGC Centre of Advanced Studies in the University campus on 10 November 2022. The visit included a presentation by Prof Madhurima Pradhan Director of Happy Thinking Laboratory and LMA Life members on various activities of the Lab. According to research, happiness is something people want most—more than power, fame, or money. Combining the traditional meditation system and modern science, the first of its kind in the country, a Happy Thinking Lab has been established by the University of Lucknow. Besides its other activities, the Lab uses three machines viz. Biofeedback, Bio well and Karada Scan Machine to measure physical and mental wellness by reading Chakras, Stress level, Balance of left and right parts of body, and health vitals. The machine works on Russian software. Based on the findings, necessary steps can be taken to improve the wellbeing of a person.

Lucknow Management Association is collaboration with Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys Association (AMUOBA) organized an webinar on "Hacked- A Keynote on Cyber Security" on 9 November 2022 by Prof Triveni Singh IPS Superintendent of Police Cyber Crime Cell Lucknow. Prof Singh solved some of the country’s most complex cybercrime cases; Prof. Triveni Singh has emerged as a national hero. An IPS officer, he is India’s first cyber cop. He has investigated more than 200 types of cybercrimes followed by arrests of thousands of criminals and solved cases involving over thousands of crores of fraudulent money. He told how criminals used to rob the accused earlier, but now they are doing all this work through Digitization by sitting under one roof. They use different platforms for doing these virtual threats either by swapping Debit/Credit card, Facebook WhatsApp, SMS. He told how these people sitting in India take international numbers and misuse them. He told us that we have to be very careful before clicking on any link , never share any details and if something happens wrong then as soon as possible register a complaint on the website and call the 1930 helpline number. As a part of its initiatives to develop the Startup ecosystem in U.P. LMA promoted creation of U.P. Angel Network, a section 8 Company based in Lucknow. LMA and UPAN jointly organized an interactive session on "Decoding Angel Investment ' on 1 July 2022 in which besides scientists of CSIR National Botanical Institute and CSIR Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, several startup companies and investors participated. Two presentations were made by Mr. Vinayak Nath Managing Director UPAN and Mr. Harish Kahtri Managing Director India Assistant. Mr. L.K.
